     Chocolate Chip Cheesecake muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
salt
vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
 
1 c. chocolate chips
4 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
Instructions
Mix baking soda and vinegar together. Mix together, put in muffin tins.
Mix last 3 ingredients together and pour over top of muffins. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
