1 Package (12 Oz.) Bow Ties, uncooked

2 Tablespoons Butter
|

3 Cups (about 8 oz.) thinly sliced Fresh Mushrooms

½ Cup Chopped Prosciutto (or Ham)

1 Cup Light Cream
|
|
1 Cup Frozen Peas, thawed

¾ Cup Grated Romano (or Parmesan) Cheese

Instructions |

|
Cook pasta according to package directions.
|

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over a medium heat, melt butter; add mushrooms and prosciutto. Cook 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.

Add light cream; heat almost to boiling. Add peas and heat through; toss with hot pasta and Romano Cheese.

|
|
Strain pasta and stir in other ingredients.
