     Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
2 lbs fresh rhubarb
3 oz pkg strawberry flavored gelatin
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine.
 

Instructions
Wash rhubarb- cut off and discard leaves. Cut rhubarb stalks into 3/4 inch pieces. You'll need cups dices rhubarb. Arrange rhubarb in greased 8 inch square glass baking dish. Sprinkle with strawberry gelatin powder. Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Melst butter in small saucepan, over medium heat, about 2 minutes.
Stir butter into flour mixture and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Bake in 350 degree oven 50 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
