Wash rhubarb- cut off and discard leaves. Cut rhubarb stalks into 3/4 inch pieces. You'll need cups dices rhubarb. Arrange rhubarb in greased 8 inch square glass baking dish. Sprinkle with strawberry gelatin powder. Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Melst butter in small saucepan, over medium heat, about 2 minutes.
