     Rhubarb Butter Crunch

Ingredients
6 cups sliced raw rhubarb
2 cups sugar
6 T flour
 

Instructions
Combine and put in buttered oblong pan (9x13x2 1/2) inch
Conbine- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal 1 tsp cinnamon 1 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed 1 cup (2 stick) butter or margarine 1/2 tsp salt
Using pie crust blender, blend all until butter is about the size of peas. Sprinkle or put over top of rhubarb moisture evenly. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven about 40-45 minutes or until well cooked in center.
