     Rhubarb Cake Pudding

5 c rhubarb
3/4 c sugar
1 pkg strawberry jellow
1/2 c water
1 small pkg Jiffy white cake mix

Melt together- 1/4 c water 1/2 stick butter
Put diced rhubarb in 12x7 pan (pyrex) Sprinkle sugar and dry jello over rhubarb. Pour 1/2 c water over this. Then sprinkle dry cake mix over it.
Lastly the melted butter and water mixture over the cake mix. Press cake mix into rhubarb with knife or spoon.
Bake 35-40 min. 350 until lightly browned and baked.
