     Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
1/2 c oleo or butter
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
Pinch of salt
1 c milk
2 cup uncooked rhubarb (diced)
1 egg
 
Instructions
Cream sugar, oleo. Add other ingredients Put in Oven
Topping- 1/2 c nut meats 1/2 c brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle over batter Bake 40 minutes at 325 Good served with Gool Whip
