Pet Ritz pie crust on bottom of pie pan. Peel apples and fill pie pan.

Place small slithers of butter around the top (less than half a stick). Sprinkle over cinnamon and about a cup of sugar (brown sugar if you want a caramelized taste).

Put slithers of pet ritz pie crust on top. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

|
|
Cut slits in to it. Place pie pan on a baking sheet to avoid a mess. Bake at 350 until brown (45 min to an hour).
