Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper; sprahy with nonstik cooking spray
In medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add 2 tbls of the margarine and blend with pastrhy cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk and cheese; combine with fork, handling dough as little as possible. Drop by spoonsful onto prepared baking sheet; bake until lightl browned, 8-10 min.
While biscuits are baking, i small microwavible bow, add remaing tbls margarine; microwave on high ntil margarine is melted, 5-10 seconds. Stir in garlic powder; set aside.
When biscuits are done, remove from oven and brush margarine mixture evenly over warm biscuits. Remove from baking sheet and serve immediately.
Serving (1 biscuit) provides- 3/4 FA, 1 1/4 B, 15 C, per serving- 83 cal, 2 g pro, 9 g car, 4 g fat (1 g sat), 338 mg sod, 4 mg chol, 0 g fib.
