     Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
16 oz softned cream cheese
1 can artichokes, (6 chokes or more) Ha Ha!!
1 box frozen spinach,drained well
3/4 cup heavy cream
teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2cup hard parmesan cheese
2/3 cup monteray jack cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
2 teaspoons horseradish,maybe dash more!!
 
additional 1/2 cup of parm cheese(topping)

Instructions
Chop your artichokes course.mix all other ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add your artichokes last.Fold them into your mixture. Use remaining parm cheese to sprinke on top.
Tip-If the mixtire is to thick add a little juice from the can of artichokes to loosen mixture a bit.Remember that more artichokes are better if wanted.
Bake @ 400 until bubbly.
Serving Suggestions
optional-serve with crackers or deep fried pita points
