Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding, mixing in saucepan constantly with wire wisk.

Add rice-
Stir over medium heat until mixtre just comes to a boil.
|
|
|
Pour in serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Serve warm or cold
Makes 10 1/2 cup servings
