Ingredients

	6 eggs
	1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
	salt /pepper
	2 cups frozen spinach(drained)8 oz
	1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
	1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
	1 9 inch pie shell(Deep Dish)
	1/2 cup yellow shredded cheese(optional)


Instructions


preheat 375.combine eggs cream,s&p.layer spinach ,bacon and cheese on bottom of pie shell


pour cheese mixture on top.sprinkle a little yellow cheese on top for color.


Tip-remove bacon and spinach and add red bell peppers and onion..any ingredients that sound good to you!!!


Bake @375 for about 1 hour
