     Country Fried Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs beef cube steak, cut into 8 pieces
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
2.6 oz country style gravy mix, prepared
 

Instructions
Combine flour, paprika, salt & pepper; set aside. Dip steak into milk, then into flour mixture, pressing to coat completely.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add steak, in batches, and cook 5 mins on each side or until golden and tender, adding additional oil as needed. Top with prepared gravy.
