Preheat oven to 375. Roll dough to cover 12x15 pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese; set aside. Combine remaining mozzarella, garlic, basil, Parmesan and mayo; mix well. Arrange tomato slices in a single layer over mozzarella cheese on crust. Place cheese and basil mixture over tomatoes and spread to cover evenly. Bake 15-20 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
