     Pot Roast

Ingredients
Shoulder Roast(beef roast)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 carrots
2 cans peeled potatoes
1 large onion peeled and quartered
1 package of Mc Cormicks beef stew seasonings
 

Instructions
In large crock pot add beef on bottom. Chop off ends of carrots and cut in half .Add to pot . Peel onions and quarter, add to pot..... Wait till about 30 min till its done and add 2 cans potatoes(Drained)salt and pepper.
In seperate bowl add cream of mushroom soup and seasonings( seasonings can be optional).mix together with 1/4 cup of water to lossen. pour over roast and cook on low for 3 hours or until fork tender.
Tip 1- I have used real potatoes and they are great.add them in with the other vegis.
Tip 2- The seasonings are optional in the mushroom soup.I have done both
