     Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
16 oz. can artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmeasan cheese
 

Instructions
Drain artichoke hearts. Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces in a 1 1/2 qt. ungreased casserole dish. Add mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until edges are bron and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
