     Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients
4 oz blue cheese (crumbled) 1/4 cup
3 tbsp half n half
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup olive or salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 
Instructions
Blend and mix thoroughly. Keeps well when refrigerated.
