Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Grease bottoms of muffin cups or use paper liners.Cream sugar and oil.Beat the mashed bananas with eggsuntil they are fluffy. Add to creamed mixture.Stir with juice and hazelnut milk.
Finally add dry ingredients.Mix Just until blended.Spoon into muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes or until light brown on top.sprinkle orange peel over the tops.
