     Meatball Mash

Ingredients
2 lbs. hamb.
1 onion finely chopped
1 cup parmesan
2 eggs
1 cup cracker crumbs
season salt
Italian Seasoning
pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
 
6 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. half and half cream
1/2 c. cream cheese
1 lg. can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
In large mixing bowl, mix together onion, hamburger, seasoning, parmesan cheese, eggs and cracker crumbs. mix together well! ( might wanna take your rings off ladies for this one!) make quarter size meatballs.
Fry meatballs in large skillet with 2 Tbsp. butter. on med. heat. Cook thoroughly.Drain off excess fat. In separate bowl add can of soup and milk. whisk together with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over meatballs and simmer for 15 min.
Peel 6 potatoes and quarter them, and boil with a pinch of salt. Drain them and add 2 Tbsp. butter, cream cheese and 1/2 & 1/2 cream. mash together.
Assemble good helping of potatoes on plate. Add meatballs and gravy sauce over! Serve with buttered bread.
