Heat oven on 375°. Grease round baking dish, 8x1 1/2 inches, or square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Mix potatoes, baking mix, eggs, milk and onion. Spread in dish. Sprinkle whith cheese and paprika. Bake until puffed and brown, about 30 minutes.
