Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate. 10x 1 1/2
inches. Mix chicken, corn and seasoning mix; spread in plate. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese. Beat remaing ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on High or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted halfway between centet and edge comes out clean.
25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes
Serve with sor cream and lettue.
6-8 minutes.
