     Swiss Chicken

Ingredients
6 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Peppridge farm herbed stuffing mix
1/2 stick melted oleo
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
Place uncooked chicken breasts in 9x13 baking dish or crockpot. Top each breast with 1 slice of swiss cheese. Mix chicken soup and milk together. Pout over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the 2 cups stuffing, garlic an dpepper over entire casserole. Drizzle with melted oleo. Bake 50 minutes at 350. Lightly cover with foil during last 20 minutes if stuffing is getting too brown.
