     Chile Rellanos

Ingredients
1c half and half
2 eggs
14-16 oz canned whole chiles
1/2lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2lb Jack Cheese, grated
8oz tomato sauce
 

Instructions
Drain and clean seeds from chiles. Lay on paper towels and pat dry. Mix cheeses, set aside 1/2c for top. Beat first 3 ingredients. Layer cheese, chilies, egg mix in deep 1 1/2qt casserole as many times as you can. Top with tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese. Bake 375 for one hour.
