     Seafood Mousse

Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1pkg unflavored Gelatin
8oz cream cheese softened
5-6 green onions, chopped, including tops
1c chopped celery
1/2c mayo
1/2c sour cream
14oz fresh shrimp or crab or two cans drained
 

Instructions
Warm soup, add gelatin and mix well. Add cream cheese, onions and celery. Mix well. Add mayo and sour cream, mix more. Add seafood and stir.
Put in mold or serving dish, refrigerate until set.
