Crush noodles and brown them with the almonds and sesame seeds and butter in skillet on low heat until light brown (watch carefully).
Prepare dressing with oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper, onions, soy sauce, and the 2 packets of the soup seasoning. Mix all together. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
Mix slaw, onions, dressing and just before serving add the ramen noodle, almond, sesame seed mixture. When I take this to a pot luck, I keep the dressing in a container, the ramen noodle mixture in another container and just add them at the last minute so noodles stay crunchy.
