Mix butter, vegetable oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini. Mix well. Ad dry ingredients. Mix. Put in 8 X 11 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until done.
frosting- Bring to a boil 1 stick butter, 6 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
Add 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup chopped nuts. Mix well and frost cake.
