     Lynne Harris Baked Lasagna

Ingredients
Favorite lasagna noodle ( we use wheat)
Ricotta cheese ( desired amt the cheesier the better)
Monzarella ( desired amount)
your favorite pasta sauce ( Lynne make hers)
1 lb of lean ground beef for the fat conscience
 

Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350 deg. Cook ground beef until brown in your own skillet. Drain off any excess fat. Add you favorite pasta sauce to ground beef to your desired consistency. Cook lasagna noodle as instructd on box. Check to make sure it is adente'. Now the 'Harris Secret' after draining noodles, cool them off by putting them in a bowl of cold water. Then individually dry each noodle as you place it into your casserole dish this stop the lasagna from being overly runny. Spread a portion of meat sauce in the casserole dish. Remember you need to save enough for each layer. Next noodles, again meat sauce and the cheeses. Repeat until all noodle are got. On top of the last noodles cover with plain pasta sauce and sprinkle mozarella on top cook for 45 mins. Let stand for 15 mins before cutting. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
