Crab Cakes

Ingredients
-
1 lb favorite cooked crab meat
-
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
-
1 large egg
-
1/4 cup Hellmans Mayonaise
-
1/2 tsp. salt
-
1/4 tsp. pepper
-
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
-
1 tsp. dry mustard
-
oil and butter for frying

Lemon Dill Sauce:
-
1 tbls lemon zest (optional)
-
1 cup mayo
-
1/4 cup buttermilk
-
2 tbls chopped fresh dill
-
1 tbls chopped fresh parsley
-
2 teas. lemon juice,
-
1 clove minced garlic

Instructions
In a bowl, mix egg, salt, pepper, mayo, worcester sauce, and mustard. Add about 1/4 bread crumbs. Add crabmeat and mix. Add remainder of crumbs and mix.
Cook cakes in fry pan, in just enough fat to prevent sticking, until browned, about 5 minutes each side.
Mix ingredients for sauce. (make sauce ahead and chill to bring flavors together).
Serving Suggestions
Great made with Dungeness Crab.
