In a bowl, mix egg, salt, pepper, mayo, worcester sauce, and mustard. Add about 1/4 bread crumbs. Add crabmeat and mix. Add remainder of crumbs and mix.
Cook cakes in fry pan, in just enough fat to prevent sticking, until browned, about 5 minutes each side.
Mix ingredients for sauce. (make sauce ahead and chill to bring flavors together).
