Instructions |

Cut shortening into flour and and salt mixture.
|
|
|
|
Combine egg, vinegar, and water.
Drizzle over flour and shortening mixture.
|
|
|
|
Mix slightly until flour is moistened and holds together into a ball.
Divinde into 4 pieces.
|
|
|
|
Makes 4 single or 2 double crusts.
