Over medium heat melt butter and sugar, remove from heat, stir in 2 cups chocolate chips until melted. Pour into mixing bowl; beat in water. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; beat into the chocolate mixture until smooth. Stir in 2 cups of chocolate chips and 1 cup of nuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining chips and nuts.
Bake at 325 degree for 55 minutes or until centr is set, do not overbake.
