1 large can coconut milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 9 oz. tup Cool Whip
1 box white cake mix
1 cup coconut

Bake cake mix by package directions. Bake in 9x13-inch pan. Poke holes all over top of cake while cake is still warm. Combine coconut milk and Eagle Brand milk in bowl and microwave until hot. Do not boil.
Pour into holes of warm cake, cover and refrigerate overnight. Ice cake with Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut on top. Serves 12
