     Loaded Granola Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Liquid Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 Cup each of mini Chocolate chips, dried Cranberries and unsalted Pumpkin Seeds
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line an 8 inch square pan with foil and lightly grease with margarine; set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Stir in the honey and vanilla, then add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and firmly press down into an even layer. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch. Let cool completely, remove from the pan and cut into 16 squares.
You can mix and match the choc chips, cranberries and pumpkin seeds with your family's favourite dried fruits and treats to measure 1 cup.
