2 slices bacon
|

2 tbs margarine
|

1 lg onion
|
|
1/4 c celery
|

6 tbs flour

3 c corn
|

3 c potato
|

2 c water

2 chicken bouillon cubes

Instructions |

|
Fry bacon, remove from pan. Cook margarine, onion, and celery. Cook for 5
minutes. Add flour, cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Seperately, cook corn, potatoes, water and bouillon cubes. Cook til tender, do not
drain.
|
|
|
Add milk to onion mixture. Cook and stir until thick. Add to corn mixture. Add
parsley, paprika, pepper, and bacon.
