3 cups chopped granny smith apples ( I use 2 large)
1 1/2 cups oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Spray pan with Baker's Joy, etc.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mixture will be thick.
Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. My convection oven only takes about 1 hour. Just test cake with toothpick.
Right before cake is done mix- 1 stick margarine, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup milk
Bring to boil. Remove cake and pour over cake while hot. The longer you let it sit and soak up this mixture, the better it will be.
