     Fresh Apple Cake

3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts ( I use pecans)
3 cups chopped granny smith apples ( I use 2 large)
1 1/2 cups oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt

Spray pan with Baker's Joy, etc.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mixture will be thick.
Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. My convection oven only takes about 1 hour. Just test cake with toothpick.
Right before cake is done mix- 1 stick margarine, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup milk Bring to boil. Remove cake and pour over cake while hot. The longer you let it sit and soak up this mixture, the better it will be.
Serving Suggestions
I store in a Tupperware container; does not need to be refrigerated.
