     Peaches and Cream Cake

Ingredients
1 box butter cake
1 sm box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/3 C oil
1 C water
1 lg can sliced peached or 4 fresh cut up
3 T peach juice
1 (12oz) pack cream cheese at room temp
1/2 C sugar
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Drain peaches. Mix cake mix, pudding, water, oil and eggs. Spread in a 13x9 pan.
Spread peaches over uncooked cake. Mix sugar, peach juice and cream cheese in blender. Spread over uncooked cake. Bake for 35 min or until brown.
