     Emeril's Roasted Green Beans with Pecans

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb green beans
1 cup pecan pieces
2 T olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
1 tsp kosher salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Trim the ends of the green beans and add to a large bowl along with the pecan pieces. Toss with olive oil, lemon zest, and salt. Spread out evenly on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast until lightly caramelized and crisp, about 12- 14 minutes.
