In a bowl mix together first five ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 months. Yield-2 batches.
To prepare with chicken- Dip chicken in milk, then roll in about 1-1/4 cups coating mix. Place in greased 13 by 9 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. 4-6 serving per batch.
