     Lemon Linguine

Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked linguine
3 tblsp. butter
1 tblsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt free lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt to taste before serving
juice and zest of 1 lemon before serving and adding cheese (optional)
 

Instructions
In a saucepan cook linguine in boiling water 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, basil, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Cook and stir until butter is melted. Drain linguine; add to butter mixture and toss to coat. Add salt to taste and juice and zest. Lastly, add Parmesan and toss to coat.
Serving Suggestions
ready in 15 minutes ; can be served as a side dish too!
