Cut steaks into thin strips. Dredge in flour mixture. In a large skillet brown meat in butter and oil. Add onions and brown slowly until nice color is achieved. Add beef broth, cover and cook until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. Stir in sour cream and serve over buttered noodles.
