1 1./2 lb beef chut in chunks
|
|
1/2 cup butter
|
|
2 onions minced
|
|
2 ribs celery, minced
|
|
2 carrots, minced
|
|
1/2 cup parsley, minsed
|
|
1 cup red wine
|
|
1 cup beef broth
|
|
1 lb sliced button mushrooms
|
|
|
|
1 t grated lemon peel
|
|
salt and pepper

Instructions |
|
|
Chop meat finely. Heat butter. Saute meat and vegetables 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Add wine, beef broth, mushrooms, salt and pepper and lemon rind.

Bring to boil and then simmer 3-4 hours.
