     Marinated Beef and Vegatables

Ingredients
sliced leftover roast beef
sliced cooked potatoes
1 large can mushroom caps
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
1 onion, sliced
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
2 small cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp sugar
 
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 12 tsp dry mustard
several grinds of black pepper

Instructions
Combine last 7 ingredients in shaker jar and shake the life out of it.
pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours
Serving Suggestions
wonderful way to serve leftover roast.
