8oz block cream cheese, room temp.
Whip with 1 cup powdered sugar. I use a hand mixer, makes like a paste.
Then .
I I also thin it out a bit with pineapple juice. Make whatever consistency you like

In another bowl.....
1 cup COLD heavy cream
Whip up w/ 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Whip it pretty long so its thick.

fold these two masses together gently

Squeeze some lemon juice in, and grate some rind in too. Pineapple juice can be added to thin out the dip. Make whatever consistency you like.
