     Banana Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients
5 packets SPLENDA Sweetener
1 sliced large ripe banana
1/2 cup reduced fat milk
1 1/4 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
 

Instructions
Place sliced banana on a plate and freeze for 10 minutes or ntil slightly firm.
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend on medium speed until smooth
Pour into glasses and garnish with respberries. Nutrition- Cal 140, fat 1/5 g, sat fat 1g, cholesterol 5mg, sodium 35mg.
