     Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
1 Tbsp mince onion
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
4 oz American cheese, cubed
1/4 cup cubed blue cheese
1/4 cup cubed Cheddar chees
1 tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
 
1/4 tsp dry mustard
4 oz rotini pasta, cooked

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400. Saute the onion in the butter until translucent. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Slowly stir in the milk. Stir in the cheeses, salt, pepper, and mustard.
Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in the prepared macaroni
Lightly butter a casserole dish and pour the pasta mixture into the dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
