1 pan of cornbread (please see recipe book for recipe)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine crumbled cornbread, dried bread, and crakers. Set aside. Melt butter in a lg skillet over medium hear. Add celery and cook until tender. Pour over cornbread mixture.
Add stock, salt and pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning. Add chicken. At this time taste and make sure all of your seasonings are where they need to be.
Add eggs and mix well.Pour mixture into a well greased pan. Bake until cooked through. Approx 45 min.
