Ingredients
1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
1 cup white self-raising flour
2/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
2 teablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons oil
1 oz melted butter,plus extra for pan
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
 
2 oz softened butter

Instructions
Sift flours into bowl,make a well in center,add milk,orange rind,oil,and butter.Stir until smooth or process mixture for 1 minute.Place 1/2 cup of the mixture into another bowl,add cocoa, and stir until smooth.Spoon cocoa mixture into a piping bag,made with greaseproof paper.
Heat extra butter in a pan.Pipe eyes and mouth onto pan using chocolate mixture,and leave to cook for 30 seconds.gently pour a tablespoon of the orange mixture on top of the face and continue cooking.
Turn pikelet over when bubbles begin to appear. Lightly cook other side and remove from pan. Repeat with remaining mixtures.
to make honey butter,stir honey into butter until combined.Serve with pikelets.
