     Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Red Wine
1 1/2 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Parsley Flakes
2 Tbl Dry Mustard
2 Tbl Salt
1 Tbl Ground Pepper
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and marinate Flank Steak a minimum of 2 hours before cooking. Best if marinated for 2-4 Days.
