     Orange Puree

Ingredients
1 medium sweet potatoe, peeled and roughly chopped
3 medium to large carrots
3-4 tablespoons of water
 

Instructions
In a medium pot, cover carrots and sweet potatoes with cold water and boil for about 20 minutes until veggie are very tender.
Drain and put them in a food processor with 2 tablespoons of water. Puree on high until smooth.
Store in fridge for up to 3 days or freeze.
Serving Suggestions
This puree is great in tomatoe sauces!
