     Jello - Easy layered jello

Ingredients
Jello flavors - 2 small or 1 large package of 2 flavors
Lemon jello - 1 small package for filling
Cool Whip - two 8 oz containers
 

Instructions
Spray 8-1/2 x 11 glass dish with cooking spray. Take one flavor of your jello and add 1-1/2 cups of boiling water to it. Stir well. Then add 1-1/2 cups of Cold water and stir again. Put this into bottom of baking dish. Put into refrigerator to set.
For filling, mix ONLY one cup of boiling water to the lemon jello. Put this bowl into refrigerator for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove before mixture is jelled. WHISK cool whip into this mixture, just enough to lighten the color (about 2 cups) Put this entire amount over first layer of jello. Put in refrigerator to set.
Mix second jello color with 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Stir well. Add 1-1/2 cups Cold water and stir again. Put this over the filling layer. Chill overnight.
Next day frost with remaining cool whip.
