     Liver Sausage Ball

Ingredients
1 lb Braunschweiger
2 tbssp dill pickle juice
3 drops tabasco sauce
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 minced onion
1/4 cp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/3 cup chopped dill pickle
 
1/2 cup chopped, salted peanuts

Instructions
Mash Braunschweiger with a fork. Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco sauce, and 1/3 of cream cheese. Blend until smooth, add pickle, onions, and peanuts. Stir well. Pack into a 2 cup mixing bowl lined with plastic wrap, and chill over night.
Unfold on plate or tray and frost with remaining cream cheese. Chill
