Ingredients
3 tbsp champagne vinegar
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
1 extra large egg room temp
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup good olive oil
sald greens for 6-8 people
 
Instructions
in a small bowl add all ingredients except olive oil and whisk together
while whisking slowly add olive oil until emulsified
toss with greens and serv
